I changed one my king pins in the new disc brake front end setup. It only took me 4 hours

to change just one and if i may say so it was a major pain.

It took a lot of heating and a lot of beating and some cutting but I finally got the old wore out king pin out.

took me 3 1\2 hours just to get it out but after that it was easy sailing after that and I made sure to never-seize the new one when I installed it.

I also have one question their is a little rubber thing that comes in the new kit that slides onto the king pin and I was wondering if I put it in the right spot so if anyone can tell me where it goes that would be great. I put it right above the bearing I'm pretty sure that is where it goes but just wanting to make sure.
My suggestions for changing king pins is a lot of patients.
