My situation is one of those mushroom projects gone wild where I'm down to the frame and trying to put my F-100 back together. Engine is out and the cab is off.
At this stage I'm trying to install new brake lines. I bought the axle and rear lines from In-Line, but since I've converted the front to discs I need to custom bend the front lines.
My problem - Since coming back from Iraq I'm in the middle of school and will need this truck on graduation by early summer for work. I don't have the time or patience to fabricate the lines from the distro block and/or proportioning valve forward. Can anyone out there help?
I'm looking for a local member, or someone who can fabricate and send the lines in the mail to me. Is anyone interested? I know I left a lot of details out, but ask away, or PM me if you're wanting to help out.

Re: Brake line help needed
Use a hose or piece of rope to "map out" the course of the lines. Measure the length that you need. Go to NAPA or any parts place, and get the next size up of line with the ends already present. If its too long, you can put an extra loop up by the master cylinder (which is a good idea anyhow).
Borrow the tubing bender from the parts place as well.
If your run is longer than the pre-fab lines are, just get a coupling and splice two together.
Its mot hard at all. They may not be perfect on your first try, but you can get the job done.

Re: Brake line help needed
as already mentioned, they sell a connector so you can use couple smaller peices to get a long line and the prefab brake lines they sell at NAPA can be bent some by hand (not looped but bent some).

Re: Brake line help needed
Thanks for all the suggestions. As you can see, I didn't even have the time to check out the good responses. Floyd, where did you get the pre-bent? Since I put on front discs, none of the tubing companies like In-Line were not willing to send me lines for "customized" brake setups.
