Help! Trying to create album in Photo Gallery

Hi guys

I am trying to create a photo album in the photo gallery. I was able to register and create the album name but am having difficulties posting my pics. I was able to pull out pics from my photobucket and paste but you can only see them in "My Gallery". I am unable to put them as a thumbnail or post them in the random photos area. I tried to upload but not sure where they went I don't even see them in the latest uploads What am I doing wrong
