Radius arm question

Post by junkyardjeff »

I picked up a complete set of beams off a 76 F50 setup for a front sway bar to install on my 66 F250 but the radius arms are rusted a little thin where they go through the bushings,I thought I read that the radius arms are different when equipped with a front sway bar so I need to know if thats true. If the radius arms are different for a front sway bar I am going to forget about doing the disc swap and just put new king pins in the 66 and put it back togather as I dont want to remove them from another truck to come up with the same problem again. Yes, radius arms for use with the front-mounted swaybar are a little different. The ends are slightly longer and are notched to accept the swaybar mount.
