Front Brake Hoses-Copper Gaskets?

Post by SixManCab »

I am installing the front rubber brake lines on my ’69 F250. It has drum brakes. Is a copper gasket required between the wheel cylinder and the brake hose end fitting? One of the wheel cylinders came with a small copper gasket that looks like a small washer.

Thanks,
Greg

yeah, he's right and they are one time use only, so don't reuse and you can buy them in multipacks in most help sections of auto stores. banjo.
