I would not personally recomend stainless brake lines -- they are hard and more prone to leak, as the harder metal does not flair is reliably and does not seat as well.
Inlinetube.com I think makes the best stuff, but I don't extensive experience. If funds are short, you could make up your own tubing. If you have upgraded to power brakes or front disk brakes, the brake line sets may or may not fit just right anyhow.
In terms of other stuff. like shocks - I would go local. Most if not all of the usual stuff can be had from local places. Use the online websites to compare prices. I use advanceauto and oreiileys because they are closest. They'll even match the other's price if you ask for it. Returns are so much easier locally.
I know for sure that the radius arm bushings, axel pivot bushings, etc are avail through them.
Now, the cab and radiator core support pucks may not be. If you cannot find a part on line, call the store or go in person before you give up. DC has the best recomendations, though many say good things about Carolina Classics. LMC often gets bad mouthed, but I have bought a great deal of stuff from them and its been OK for the most part. If their price is a lot better, I'd go LMC.

I here bad things about LMC stuff like rubber products not lasting.
I've heard better feed back on NPD products. Don't think you can go wrong with DC's parts.
