Highboy Rear spring overloads

Post by jellybean »

I need to have my rear springs rebuilt. I am doing a frame swap and the new frame has overload brackets which I have had removed, rebuilt and painted. My original spring pack is a 9 leaf without overload springs. I am looking for a picture of the overload spring pack or measurements so I know what to tell the spring shop. Is there a spacer between the top of the springs and the overload spring?

I would like to have the overloads on there, but I am not really going to be hauling much with it. More of an appearance issue.

A good spring shop should know what to do. Here's my F350 just after I added helper springs.

My mains are 11 leaves, and the helpers are are 4. There is a small pad btween the helpers and the mains.

The helpers came from an 80s F350.

Thanks. That was exactly what I was looking for. I have the brackets but not the helper springs.
