Why can't you use 15" wheels?? What year CV are you referring to???

The late 80s Crown Vics came from the factory with 15" wheels......

Ive seen some earlier trucks done on the slick 60's site and it looks as easy as a volare swap only way better, bigger brakes, rack steering, most all of it is aluminum and track width is right on,I am looking at one for my 67 model when the time comes.Check out http://www.fordtruk.com/forums/index.php
and search crown vic swaps there are a few trucks there that have it.

I picked up an 03 front end a while back, but I don't have the garage space to get started yet. It almost looks to easy to be true. I paid $400 for the part including shipping with wheels and tires to roll it around. If anybody has any info and pictures I would love to see them.

The only thing stopping me from going this route is not being able to run 15" wheels.. :(

Not sure why you are so set on 15 inch wheels, but irregardless, you wouldn't be able to easily use your truck wheels on the Crown Vic setup anyways. The lug pattern is different.

not planning on my truck wheels.
I need to change lug pattern to 5 on 4-1/2 as it is because the wheels I want to run only come 5 on 4-1/2 or 4-3/4, and only come 15".
Most important, there what I want.
