thanks marz for the info

should i take the beams to a pro shop, or could i do them at my work that has HUGE press brakes?

how do i know how much to bend them?

i like the rear idea.
how should i arc the leafs more?

you should be able to do this your self but you will need to install and remove the beams a few times until you get it right. Mabe a shop that has already done this would be your best bet same with the rear leafs.
This is something I would try if I had extra beams laying around.

well im thinking ill start dealing with the suspension once the truck is all done, so i will be able to test the suspension and it will have the actuall weight of the truck.

i plan on doing what the guy in the thread i linked above did up until page 4ish. run two schocks/reservoirs on each wheel up front, and more archy leafs back with one shock perside.
