Pinion angle wedges

On my Dad's 78 bronco, his perches are welded at the same angle as my 76 f-150, but because of the really short wheel-base, he has a wedge between the spring perch and leaf spring (that I know is factory) that kicks the pinion up, does anyone know if/where I can buy these?

BTW, you wouldn't know what degree of shim I'd need for a 6" lift?
