nayway to these these off, special tool?? should i hire someone to remove em...went on tight now wont come off ,heres a pic , i dont wanna dent them

i have those exact hup caps and i have to take my tire wrench and put it between where the hub cap meets the rim and "pop" them off by pushing the lug wrench towards the tire

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

Get yourself something like this from Northern Tools. It'll keep you from scratching your rims, if that's a concern...and at $6.00, the price is right:

You could probably make your own easy enough by bending a large flat screwdriver.
