Great movie. Highly recommended and looking forward to them making a sequel.

Not to high jack anything here but.......will a 79 booster and MC work on a 67 with a little fabrication done to the pedal? I have 79 D60's front and rear and converting rear to disc.

they were supposed to make a sequel called All Saints Day and take place after the end of the first. but that was a few years ago and it shows nothing on IMDB.com now.

i know the script is written accoring to the fan site and Duffy. but i dont think he can get financing for it cause i guess he made alot of hollywood folks mad for some reason.

but yeah a great move for being straight to DVD

if you do use a 79 why not upgrade to the F350 booster it is larger and will be a noticable increase in stopping power

I installed power drums
(booster) also and it did not improve the braking at all. I still have to press super hard to get them to half heartedly slow me. I bled the lines, adjusted the push rod, and still have to stand on them to get them to work at all.
My pedal has very little "swing" in it, it almost none. The pedal lowered allot after the conversion because of the shorter rod to the booster.
I also used the carb for vacuum, will that make a huge difference? I didn't see a vacuum port on the intake at all.
It is not the stock motor, it is a 289, 3 speed.

Thanks
Bob

could be the problem if it is very hard to push then there is no vacuum thats how mine is on my 79 when the line came off the booster.

not sure where another source would be but you would have to splice a T fitting in and run it to the booster from another location.

yes you have to have direct intake vacuum. there will be a place on the intake some where that might even have a plug in it to put a vacuum hose hook up on it. remove the plug and buy a adapter for the vacuum line for the booster.

Thats a heck of a good question. My 67, there was only one choice, the non-adjustable. I guess the safe thing to do is just look and see what you have.

No, the '78-'79 booster cannot be used at all. The booster's pushrod is not only a different length but configured differently. However, the MC should work just fine.
