Bottom line its your truck lower how you like, opinions are like a$$holes everybody has one and most stink! Just do research and consider your budget, the work/skills involved, tools needed, how it will be used, etc, etc.
I have lowered trucks using camaro clips,MII,C4/C5 vette, and
I-Beams,all have there advantages and disadvantages, but honestly the best overall (driving,handling,towing,ease/cost of maintenance, and overall cost) is a camaro clip, but its probably the most difficult to install,it will probably take the better part of 2 days. The dropped beams are the easiest, but a 40 year old design, the vette is probably overboard for a daily cruiser,MII is a nice driver/show suspension but expect to spend $1500-$2000 on one, where as a camaro coud be bought installed and overhauled for a few hundred,so all you have to do now is decide.Click on my photobucket link below you can get an idea of a camaro clip on my 63 and dropped beams on my 91 Bronco, and honestly both ride/drive 100's time better than original....good luck with the project..
