I got something out of it.
Eliminate all wheel bearing play by applying the service brake.
Had never heard this one before, and it makes very good sense.
Another reason to get the wife to help when working on the truck!

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!

We have about the same in Pennsylvania.If you live in certain counties it also has to pass an emission test.Sometimes it's a PITA but it's also nice to know that most of the vehicles on the road are safe. :)

lets see here. no horn(watch for finger or .44), blinkers occasionally work, left brake light no work, louder than 95dbs. just to name a few
