Warning from a 'retard'

Post by 72stepside »

If you do to the disc brake swap, while everything is out of the truck, HAVE YOUR KINGPINS AND BUSHINGS REPLACED !!!!!

I thought my dentside axles would be fine. They seemed tight. Well, apparently after running on the truck for a while and getting real good and lubed up, they are noticably loose. :x :x

Since I only drive 10 miles a day in the truck, replacement will wait until I have it all apart again.

Don't do what I did. Spend the extra few bucks and have it done, just to make sure.

don't be so hard on yourself man. we've all been there, and yes, that is some good advice. might as well get it done while you've got everything all tore apart.

Good Advice.

Lessee...going to re-seal the intake this weekend, and replace radiator and add tranny cooler...

HONEY!? The guys on fordification say I should go ahead and get a few other things done while I'm at it.

See..I reeelly should have some (cough/stammer) uh "more efficient heads" and since I'll have everything apart... :D
