Installing a power booster is a super-easy job. All you have to do is disconnect the master cylinder pushrod from the brake pedal, remove the two nuts holding the master cylinder to the firewall, and then gently pull the master cylinder away from the firewall. (You don't have to disconnect the brake lines...so no bleeding necessary!) Remove the master cylinder pushrod from the old master cylinder, since the power booster will already have one. Then simply bolt the booster to the firewall, reattach the master cylinder and brake pedal pushrod.

Google PartsAmerica and look up the booster, normally you will need a core or pay a core charge for a booster from Autozone, Napa, Kragen, etc. So considering the core charge LMC may competitive price wise.

Here's what I show from Autozone:

-----------------------------------------------------
Cardone Reman / Brake Power Booster
Note: W/o master cylinder
Part Number: 54-73514
Weight: 7.62 lbs.
Warranty: LLT

Pricing:
Unit Price: $172.99
*Core Value: $35.00
Total Price: $207.99
-----------------------------------------------------
Cardone Reman / Brake Power Booster
Note: With master cylinder
Part Number: 50-3514
Weight: 13.06 lbs.
Warranty: LLT

Pricing:
Unit Price: $175.99
*Core Value: $46.00
Total Price: $221.99
-----------------------------------------------------

Seems odd that the MC only adds $14.00? Also, this says nothing about the brackets needed for the booster. If you don't have those, you have to find them somewhere.

Although it's about $100 more, I think I'm going to stick with my choice to go with Master Power... they come with the brackets, and seem to be more solid.
