82 f250 Cab Mount Popping

82 f250 Cab Mount Popping
My 82 f250 rear driver side cab mount is popping when you drive. I think it is broken at the frame. Do I just weld it back on?

Sounds like it could be a broken bolt too. If it is a break in the frame or cab, I would think you could just weld it.
