I am in the middle of my 360-390 engine rebuild and have a problem. While cleaning up all of my cooling system components, I found that the "T" valve right behind the thermostat has a hole rusted in the tube at the bottom. I have no Idea what to call this valve. The part is labeled "9A455" on this diagram:

Is this little 1/4 inch hole a problem?
I have looked at every auto parts store and cannot find a new one. There seems to be nothing on craigslist or ebay either. Does anyone know where to find one?
Any help would be appreciated. I am sorry if this is a duplicit post but I could not find anything on the forums about this piece.

It's just a water outlet fitting. I have a used one for 25.00 plus shipping.
