need to know when ford changed the interior?

when did ford changed the interior in the 1967 truck from having heater control knobs to having the slide controls and from the lift up door handles to the pull ones in the armrests i am so confused hope i make sense

Both of those features were 1967 only, as far as our body style truck goes. 1968 -1972 got the slide controls and the new design squeeze paddle door handles on the inside. Hope this helps.
