When it rains the driver's side fresh air vent (black plastic vent on the kick panel) drips water. Thoughts on why that is happening'?
I suspect the water is coming from the cowl vents. Is there a drain hole in the fender that gets plugged? Could it just be leaves behind the vent cover that are wicking water in?

When I took mine off "both sides" they had a lot of acorns a leaves in them. I pulled as much as I could out by hand then when I knew the truck was dried out I vacuumed the rest. I would also check your windshield rubber and wiper seals make sure they are not leaking.

I spent hours with a hose cleaning out mine. They were packed with crsp
1967 F-100 4x4 custom cab.

Yes, there is a drain hole in the front corner of the door post and on the bottom.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to open it up tomorrow morning and see what I find as well as make sure those drain holes are clear.

Mine is leaking at the windshield seal between the layers of metal where they are pinched together. Made me think it was the side vent for a long time.
