Firewall cleanup

Post by fordhillbilly »

I was wondering if anyone has adressed these stress ripples from manufacturing or just left them. I want it super smooth but trying to fill all this I'm not sure about...

Its in the wheel well so I'm not really sure why it would matter. Regardless, use a two part seam sealer like Valvoline plio grip seam sealer 12 or one of the 3m products that require the two barrel gun. You can actually smooth it over that like bond and sand it smooth when it cures. It is hard but flexible; works great.
