The splines finally gave up on the driver's door latch control. My truck is a 67. I searched the forum and it backed up what I found looking for a replacement, that no one makes a new one. Has anyone tried one from an earlier year? Some of the earlier ones are also 3 bolt and look similar to the 67. I don't mind drilling new holes or modifying the bar. It just needs to fit the handle or I could use a matching handle for the control.
Thank you for your assistance.

Re: Door latch control
I had a bad window regulator. I replaced it with another one. I took the broken one and drilled out the rivets of the crank mechinism. Inside the crank spline gear inside was worn down. I reliezed if i just had another one i could replace it and the regulator would work fine. So it could be possible to do that with yours if you can get the part. Take pics of what you do. Post them so we can help others.

Re: Door latch control
Thanks, it might be possible to take the splined part out of a 66 door latch and put it in the 67. I'll update on what I do.
