New Owner, Old truck! 69 250

Hello all! Really excited to join you all on Fordification. Like most, I've been a browser for a bit now, trying to get myself up to speed.

THE GOOD:
I purchased a '
69 F 250
390 CS Automatic

Picked it up last Saturday on Craigslists... Probably the 10th or 11th truck I had looked at. Rust free, decent paint, decent interior, motor sounds solid.

THE BAD:
I dropped it off at the tranny shop yesterday. On Sunday (yes, the day after I bought it!) The tranny started to slip whenever I was at a stop in first. It would rev up and then jerk into gear.. Sometimes it would shift really hard while driving, and the shifter was loose... Long story, I bought a truck with a blown tranny. LEarned a lesson and some dude got to offload his problem for the price of a truck with a good tranny. Lesson learned, life moves on!

NOW! Here are some photos of the truck. I'm looking forward to putting some power and style into this thing. Cant wait to get her back next week!
