New from TX, Love the info here

Post by simplejack70 »

First let me say, this is the first forum I have ever joined. Reason being, I found way more info on my truck than anywhere else, from this forum. So many helpful people willing to give their knowledge, just felt I wanted to be a part of it. A few pics here of my new truck which I love more than my NEW truck. I bought it pretty solid but plan on doing a lot to get it where I want. Gonna do as much work on it as i am able so it will take a while. The IFS is from a '04 Marauder and will be where I begin. It has the stock 302 in it, I will post pics of it as it progresses when I start on it.

:wel: Greetings from the Big Easy! Your bump looks just like my 72 longbed. Same exact color. I'm really digging those mid 90's F150 chromie stocks, on there, too. That rim just looks right on that truck. You have a beautiful truck, man :fr:

Thanks guys for the kind words. I had a '69 F100 when I was 18 and DIDNT have an extra penny to try and even get it running smooth much less fix it up the way I wanted. I have regretted selling that one ever since so I am so pumped that I have one again but this time it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
