69 f100 Fresh Air Duct
Could anybody tell me were the passenger side fresh air duct that's mounted in Kick panel draws it's fresh air from. This is non A/C

The air flow comes from the ventilation provided by the cowl vents, those slots in front of your windshield. The cowl area is open on both ends and feeds directly into the kick panel area. There are drain holes in the bottom of the cab pillar that let water drain out. Those can get clogged with time and then decay/rust starts to set in.
