First off...What a great source of information, thanks a million!!
I'm an avid gearhead in my early 40s and grew up around Fords of all types and have owned several. I recently stumbled on a one-family-owned 67 Ranger shortbed and thought I'd register to share a little of its story from time to time.
The truck is Wimbeldon white with red interior, 352, 3spd, no ps/pb. 110k miles and has had one repaint...the truck is essentially unmoletsted with the factory AM radio and carpet still intact. It's been in NC since it was purchased new in Aug 1967, was built in Ontario in July 1967. It's been parked for roughly 6 yrs and the tank and fuel lines are completely blocked with varnish....the brakes are also gone.
