Wiper arm seal
After a heavy rain I had a wet mark coming from the passenger side under the dash and figured it must be a wiper arm seal. But I am not finding a grommet and a seal so is part# 17C463 Wiper Pivot to body what has rotted out and needs to be replaced so my floors don't rot out? I am a little confused how that would keep a heavy rain from by passing and getting into the truck but this wet mark has just appeared and it has rained quite a bit this Summer. Anyone know if I am right on my assumption? ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

Re: Wiper arm seal
Yes. The 17C463 is all there is between your cowl and the wiper pivot. However, take a look at where your heater hoses go through the firewall too.
