Cab Corner
Today I cut out the opening for my driver side cab corner. It looks like I am going to need to replace the inner cab corner as well. Does anyone know if someone makes replacement panels for the inner cab corner?

I think you have hand fab those yourself.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I was just going to check to see if anyone knew of any before I made my own.

Re: Cab Corner
They are not available. Here's what I did. It's not pretty or even close to looking like original but is very solid. 18 ga galvanized, bent on one side.

I"ve tried to get Dennis Carpenter to repop these panels. They would sell as many inner corner panels as they would outers, since they both usualy go at the same time. It wouldn't be tough for them to do, here is one I got from a buddy who cut the corners out of a cab for me.

Re: Cab Corner
When i replaced my outer i knew i was gonna do the inners, so i orderd 4,(2 right 2 left) replaced the outers then took the other 2 as you turn right to fit on the left then the left turned to fit the right (like a mirror) the fit was'nt perfect so i finished the top part near the floor with fiberglass, i will say i was happy with the results..

I was thinking of doing that also, until I found these corners. Pretty much dont' have a choice, unless the aftermarket guys start making these.

Re: Cab Corner
I did the same thing - except I hand fabbed a small steel patch panel at the top near the floor and welded it. I though it was easier to only fab a small part of the panel rather than the whole thing.jamesingarage wrote:When i replaced my outer i knew i was gonna do the inners, so i orderd 4,(2 right 2 left) replaced the outers then took the other 2 as you turn right to fit on the left then the left turned to fit the right (like a mirror) the fit was'nt perfect so i finished the top part near the floor with fiberglass, i will say i was happy with the results..
