Just another wheel question

This is probably a stupid question but does any one know if a wheel and tire deeler would trade metric 8 lug 18in polished wheels for some 16 in standard 8 lug pollished wheels.

The 18in wheel are off of a 2005 Ford F250
I want some new 16in standard 8 lug polished wheels for my 1970 Ford F250

there is a place around here that trades stuff like that called tire town. one in olathe the other is on shawnee mission parkway. you could try a truck parts store. the kind that sell toolboxes brush guards and running boards.
