yes and no. if the spimdles will swap with your king pin then yes. but you will have 8 lug wheels in the front and five lug wheels in the back.

You can if you have the whole front end.
I put a 1 ton disc front end on an f100. You'll need the whole front end, beams, radius arms, and all spindle/brake stuff.

Then swap a dana 60 in the rear to match the 8 lug pattern and you're good to go.

Some of the info posted is right and some is wrong or mistaken. You can swap the brakes and you probably don't need the spindles and beams if you have 68-72 F250 discs. Most F250's have the same beams and spindles as an F100 and after you remove the stock drums and backing plates the stock F250 disc brakes will bolt right on. Now, having said that, there are some exceptions but they are really not that common on 68-72 trucks. One poster mentioned using F350 parts but that is a whole different animal although a few rare F250's can have the same parts as an F350 except they do not have the hub adapters for the dually wheels. You won't find many of them but if you have a Camper or Trailer special you might have them or if the truck was ordered with a high GVWR but no matter how you look at it those are rare. If you are looking at late 72 or 73 and newer front discs then you may have to swap the spindle as there were some that did not have bolt on steering arms. If you are looking at later 70's brakes then you will need the I beam as well because of the steering stop (you don't need to change the radius arms but it is usually easier not to remove them if you are swapping beams). Also note that 73 and newer trucks have a higher incidence of F250 with the heavier axles which will not swap onto your spindles. Hawkrod
