I have read the info on converting the 2 wheel drive units to work on the highboys. I just wondered if anyone here had used the conversion kit available from Car Steering Wholesale. here is a link to the kit they sell made just for the 72 highboy. It's pricey but everything is there you need and looks like a good alternative.

I am of an age now that most of life's lessons were learned the hard way;
Life is hard, but it’s harder when you’re stupid.
Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear or a fool from any direction.
Never ask how stupid someone is 'cause they'll turn around and show you.
Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
If you had the choice “Looks or Brains” take the Brains, Looks will get you thru the first half, but Brains will last a lifetime.

That looks way over priced to me, Get a power steering box off a 78-79 F250 4x4. Have seen lots of people with highboys use them and plan on useing one myself on my 69 highboy. Theres a "how i done it" on site here somewhere.
