jsut picked up my 75 f250 steering issues?

this is my first post and ive got a 75 f250 12 inch lift skyjacker springs and blocks 37s my steering is really hard to turn to the left because the steering rod that goes horizontal in front of the axle is rubbing on the ubolts any ideas on how to fix this i will try and get pics up so u can see

yea post some pics. that sounds like something was changed and not changed with the right parts maybe. take pics of both spindles. so we can visually compared them.
