Re: where does your exhaust exit?
I plan on having mine exit out the side behind the rear wheels.
I like the "stock" look of that.
Right now, mine come straight out the back, and I personally think that looks kind of cheesy. Lots of people like that type of exit.
I guess I'm just more of a "purist" when it comes to the appearance of something like that.

Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???
That's not an oil leak

behind the wheels is the best. in frotn of the wheels gives you smoke on the wheel after a while. if you like the smell of napalm in the morning. route them through the cab

Mine are in front of the rear wheels, because I didn't buy enough 3" pipe to go over the rearend. If not they would be behind the rear wheel...

Both my trucks exit before the wheel. I just like the look.

Why is it that the trucks are always the best running vehicles in the family?

Right in front of the rear wheels at an angle. I like the way it looks, although my mufflers are a little too quiet for my taste. Not going to change them, however, until I do the Highboy swap.

Re: where does your exhaust exit?
Mine are strait out the back, this has a plus and a minus. The plus is that after a certain speed most of the noise is not heard in the cab (true dual exhaust through 1' glass packs) the minus is that if you don't run a reese hitch its easy to crush the exhaust ends with bumper if you use the bump in rough country. One thing that I will say is that my pipes stop before you can leg up on them past the bumper, (another down side is biker leg burn from exhaust pipes) so youdon't get burned on them.

Re: where does your exhaust exit?
Previous Owner had it coming out the back, dual exhaust with chrome slash cut tips. The d*&&#m tips extended PAST the bumper and tore up my shins 1 too many times so I took out my sawzall and cut them flush.

Re: where does your exhaust exit?
3"pipe with single chamber Flowmasters dumped underneath the bed and about 2 feet in front of the rear end. Loud as hell and blows dirt everywhere. Not one of my better ideas but I like the look of no exhaust sticking from under the pickup.
