I spent Memorial Day at the U-Pull-It yards in Omaha. I got a PS pump and pulley, the two piece PS bracket with idler pulley, and the AC compressor mount that was behind the PS pump. Also got the fan pulley. It was all a matched set.

The AC idler pulley bracket didn't come off that truck. The PS pump was powered off the third groove of the crank pulley, and didn't go around the fan pulley, hence the idler bracket on the PS bracket. I don't have the pump mounted, but it aligns with the pulleys. The pump that was originally on my truck aligns with groove 3 also. The alternator on the Omaha truck was powered off crank/fan pulley groove 1, if I recall correctly.
I have a 2 groove compressor pulley which will align with both grooves 1 and 2 of the crank and fan pulleys.
It does not, however, align with the AC idler pulley on the bracket, which aligns with groove 3.

It also hits the AC idler pulley bracket.

Since the PS setup came from an AC equipped truck, and I have the PS and compressor brackets that were all on the same truck, and it was all on an FE engine, I am confident those pieces are correct.
My question is: Do I need a different AC idler pulley bracket? The compressor I have hits the AC idler bracket I have now, so I'm wondering if there's a different style bracket i need?
I also have a compressor with a single groove pulley, which fits and aligns perfectly with the idler pulley and bracket. Problem is, that puts the AC on crank groove 3 which is where the PS pump belt is.

Can I run the AC and PS off the same belt? I'd rather not, but I'm running out of options!
I have an aftermarket bracket/idler pulley which I thought would work, but it just doesn't fit right with my PS equipment.

If anybody has any ideas, I would appreciate it. I know it was mentioned that AC equipped trucks had a different PS pulley, but this stuff came off an AC equipped truck and the PS goes on groove three.
Please help me before all my hair is gone!
