Hello from Illinois
Hi my name is Keith Taylor and I am a recovering fordiholic.
Seriously though I have always enjoyed tinkering on old vehicles. I have an old 1972 C10 classic (I won't own a cebby ) that was my great uncles(slowly working on it). About February, my best friend needed some cash so he asked if I would buy his 1969 ford f100 ranger. I needed another truck like I need another hole in my head, but I said yes to help out him and his family.
It is still sitting in the crib drive and as soon as I have some time free i will go and get it. These are the things that I know of that are wrong.
Hasn't been started in 8 years(no battery right now).
Brakes locked up on him and he drug into the crib.
Only 3 dents that I can see. I have never done body work.
No visible rust except 1/8 inch hole in the tail gate.
Oh yeah 360 3 speed, candy apple red I believe.
No pics yet have only seen it twice once with him and once by my self, really want to get this home.
I know it was long, sorry.

Another Northern Cali welcome. I dunno what you paid for that Ranger, but you might have a little gem there! I don't think you'll regret it, nor will you regret helping out a friend in need.
