Not new, but feels like it!

Post by old_mare »

Hi all,

I joined this site a little over a year ago when I picked up my father's 69 F250. Lots of plans for it but they all fell through due to money situations. Now it looks like things can get underway on the Old Mare. Now I haven't decided if I want to lift/redneck it (its only 2wd,) drop it/race it, or just restore it to stock. I will post some pictures after a while and I would be interested to see what other Ford fans think. (Remember...I'm from Montana so redneck is OK. ha ha)

I'd rather push a Ford than drive a Chevy!

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

BTW...my vote is to drop it, restore it, or race it!!! :D :D :D Lifting 2WD trucks is for desert racing ONLY in my book (prerunner) but to each his own.
