Did you try LMC? I will be pulling fiberglass fenders of 67 when the weather breaks if your interested.

find the fiberglass parts Mine are not new(not sure how long they've been on truck)by any means. Weather has been up and down here
latley.Replacement fenders(aftermarket) from LMC,Mac's & Dennis Carpenter are running 150-200. I got a good set off Ebay that came with trim to boot. I'll pm ya with pic's once there off and you can decide or check the for mentioned places.
