door glass install question

I know you always pull the fuzzies to pull out door glass, but how about installing it. I have a very nice 24k mile original door that needs glass. I really don't want to pull the fuzzies to put new glass in.

The regulator track at the bottom of the glass is too thick to fit between the installed fuzzies. That is why they have to be removed prior to removing or installing the glass.

Its been a very long time since i have done one of these trucks. But on most others i usually take the wing vent glass frame loose and out then install the window and reinstall the wing vent. This makes it a lot easier to get the glass on the regulator. Usually its just 2-3 screws on the front of the door and one bolt holding the bottom of the wing vent frame.
