Hello from Wyoming!

Post by lowlife »

Im new to this site, and new to the Ford thing as well. I've been, and still am a huge Mopar guy *gasp* i know... But i've always been into the Ford trucks. About a year ago i bough a '79 Ford F-100, standard can short bed 2wd. Its a step side. It has a 429 and a C-6. The cab and the box and the front clip are at the body shop getting painted, i hope to have it done by this summer. Glad to have found a cool ford site!

Greetings from a "native" Wyoming-ite.....I grew up near Shoshoni, and have many fond memories of my childhood on the plains and in the mountains of Wyoming. As a matter of fact, the truck I'm still driving is the same one that my dad purchased in Lander WY in '72 (the truck is a '68)......so every time I drive it, it's like a trip down memory lane (it was the first non-tractor that I ever drove, no less!).

I'm glad to see that someone is still 'keeping an eye' on the great state of Wyoming.

regards
