Factory spotlight

I recently purchased a 1967 Ford pickup. It has a Unity spotlight on it and I noticed these for sale on ebay. Was this an option from the factory?

I believe it was a dealer installed option.

i dont know if it was dealer or factory. but most of these were on service type of trucks. for the utility companies.
