slot mags

Post by idaford »

I know that I saw some info on this before in here. Did ford run slot mag wheels on a  model of 67-72 truck? Just wondering. I found a set of 16.5  8 lug for sale and I might try to get them, if the guy ever calls back. I really like the look of those wheels.

I believe there were factory slotted mags that came on the mid to late 70s trucks and vans. When I owned a 1979 E150 Clubwagon Chateau van many many years ago I wanted to put a set on it but could never find any used ones for sale. They were 5-lug wheels though, and had black ford center caps on them.
Too many projects, too little time, but.. lovin' it!
