Got the 3m brush on sealer for the body seams, also have the high build primer to smooth the body. Neither say anything about the other. Which goes on first?

Hello,
The 3M seam sealer will do fine over metal or any well prepped surface.
You need to give that stuff several days worth of dry time before you load up your high build primer. Even then, you will most likely get some crazing in the primer that was applied over the seam sealer and it will show up in the paint too, but seam sealer is usually in places where its not that noticeable.
