Getting it straight....

Post by Farmall »

Well, I took advantage of the California Mustang discounts and got my new bumper and the RH bezel for my 71.
My son did a great job with some pliers, body hammers and dollies on the valance behind the bumper. It was pretty trashed from when grandad pulled the bumper out backing out of the barn a few years ago.
I'd put the bumper in my buddies press a while ago and got it somewhat straight but the metal was stretched out too bad to get it right.
It's getting there......

By the way, I'm very happy with the quality of the parts I received.

 Looks good. I'm glad the parts worked for you. Somebody cut the front of my frame to install some crazy bumper. I had to fab up some new mounts to get a stock bumper on.

Looks good. I spent a lot of time making mine straight (on my 63) as well.
