Paint code question?

I was just going through the VIN data and I am a little confused. I have a 1971 LWB Custom with an Explorer package. I see by the "body" data that it is a styleside in Explorer blue, but the exterior color is "B" and there is no match for the "B"...so what does that mean.

Paint code B is listed in my Ford parts catalog for 1971 Ford trucks as Medium Blue Metallic. Oh and very nice looking truck

Thanks for the information. I couldn't find it listed. Where did you come across a Ford parts catalog?
