sound deadening

I just came across this product, I have very little experience with most paints and coatings. So this is the place to start learning. I'm curious about these products http://www.lizardskin.com/. Any one here use this stuff?

Looks like some neat stuff. Doesn't say how well it actually deadens sound though.
