camper special?

Post by '72f250 »

i have a '72 F250 camper special supposedly. at least thats what the last owner told me, he also said that the bed and cab were replaced by him a few years ago. my question is, camper specials had the tool box in the side of the bed on the passenger side right? the bed on my truck doesnt have that and i really wish it did.

72F-250

Not all Camper Specials came with the tool box on the passenger side of the bed. It was an option that you could get on them.
I have a '68 F-250 CS that I bought 2nd owner that didn't come with one. The bed has never been removed so I know it is the original.
I kno wothers that have '68's that do have one.

Hmmmm...

me either... but I'd be curious to find out.
Could it possibly be a local dealer only offering?
Here in Washington state you can order some vehicles with either Husky or Cougar themes.
They come in college colors etc...
