radiator support and inner fenders

can i use 1973 inner fenders and core support on a 1972 and retain my 1972 grill ,are core supports and the inner fenders the same sizes

The radiator support will work, but you'll have to drill a couple holes. One for the hood latch and IIRC one on each side for the inner fenders, plus a couple in front to mount the grille. See this link:

The inner fenders will require a little more work to make them fit. The mounting brackets on the firewall are a different size and the mounting holes are in different spots, so they'll require modification. You'll also have to use the '73-up hinges, since they mount to the outside of the inner fender instead of the inside like the '67-'72 trucks. It'll require some trial-and-error fitting, but they'll work.
