new guy from TX.

Post by wearetheclarks »

I have a '67 Long bed with a '70 302 engine.
Black betty is her name. ...previous owner blacked out the entire body, interior ...orig color was springtime yellow.

This is my first project truck so i am as new as they come.

I have had the truck for 4 months and I just had my second breakdown.
The 1st was a total brake failure(while driving)/master cylinder replacement.

The 2nd, is where the questions come in! ...i think its the alternator.
i will get into that eventually in the forums.

Thanks!

Welcome to the site. I am fairly new here myself but love the site. Where are all the Texas guys coming from? Are they still making these trucks out there like they did the VW bugs in Mexico LOL?

you can ford a river or stream and get to the other side, if you dodge it you will not, and if you drive a chevy to the levee it will run dry and the music will die.

Twice the size? I think that's a myth, who can really tell under all that snow and ice. :P I say prove it!

Besides, who's got more bumpsides? That's what really counts. :D
