And another Texas guy

Post by bossracer »

I just picked up my first "old truck". I have a few old cars, all Fords of course. And have always liked the 67-72 trucks. My good friend Kyle had a nice 69 in high school. Always thought it looked great. Have had 3 "new trucks". I bought a 96 6 cylinder brand new in 95. then traded up to a 96 crew cab in 2001, and now have a 04 STX. Bright yellow. Kinda loud.

Old cars -- just picked up a 67 Cougar project for my oldest daughter. It will be running in under a year with a 351C. Also spend all my money on a 70 boss 302 Trans/Am replica racecar.

Just picked up a big ol car hauler last week. 71 Crew Cab ramp truck. I hope to use it to haul 2 cars to vintage events with buddys and my racecar and the Cougar to other track events, like at Hallet for the Mid America Shelby meet with my daughter.

I'm in San Antonio, and split time between Del Rio and San Antonio.

you can ford a river or stream and get to the other side, if you dodge it you will not, and if you drive a chevy to the levee it will run dry and the music will die.
