Prop valve

can the prop be reused from the drums once i go to disc?

no you need the disc version. the drum version is just a connector and doesn't do any thing about propotioning the fluids from front to back brakes.

the difference is the drum brake is simply a 5 way connector
while the disc brake has a valve inside to regulate the pressure.
